Sector 9 is the tourist sector of the Sambódromo, a numbered grandstand near the drum section, and this ticket gives you a seat there for the Carnival 2027 night you choose. Pick it for an assigned seat, your group seated together, and the samba schools passing right in front of you.

This is the Carnival parade itself: the samba schools on the 700 m avenue of the Sambódromo (Marquês de Sapucaí), the stadium Oscar Niemeyer designed. Sector 9 is the numbered grandstand Liesa sells through travel agencies for visitors, which is why people call it the tourist sector. Your seat is assigned, everyone on the same booking sits together, and the listing places it near the drum section. The price includes the grandstand ticket and a snack bag. The ticket is non-refundable.
Pick your night. The Série Ouro, the league below, parades on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 February 2027. The top six return for the Champions' Parade on Saturday 13 February. Gates open at 7:00 PM. The parades run late into the night and end around dawn.
